You will not want to miss this one…

– paceline warm-up up until 6:30pm

– 2 form sprints – small ring

– take a wheel

– 4 long sprints (4 to 1) – small ring

– miss and out on turns 1,2,3 and 4

– 4 finish line sprints (3 to line) – together

– extra credit: 4 long sprints (4 to 1) – small ring
