Rest week… for some of you?  Rest may not mean that you don’t ride.

Today’s focus: time trialing.  With Calaveras on Saturday, Dunlap on June 6 and Sattley on June 13 its time to bring out your aerobars!

warm-up in a single paceline up until 6:30pm

2 form sprints in a light gear from 2 to 3, recover in between

4 person teams doing 8 laps together.  Stay within your original workout plan, recovery for 2 laps

repeat as many times as your original goal allows and you have time for, cool down and get home.
