Back to sprinting…

warmup paceline until 6:30pm… please warm-up TOGETHER!  This is a team workout and I can’t stress enough how important learning to work together is important for every rider on the team

2 technique sprints

3 sets of 5 sprints from 4 to 1 into the wind.  Two laps easy in between sets.  Pick your gear, find a wheel, go long or go short its up to you… 15 of these!
