2011 FFBC Race Team Membership Form
Hi folks,
Here is the 2011 membership form.
This form describes in detail the requirements and benefits of team membership, and includes a form for ordering clothing for next year.
Completed Membership forms and monies should be sent to Richard Brockie or i can collect them on Wednesday evening at the team meeting at Chipotle. We can also accept PayPal, and from December, Credit Cards as well. Please contact Richard for details
We can accept partial payment, which will be $85. (to cover your jersey and FFBC membership). Balance of $60 is due within 60 days of initial payment. If you wish to order additional clothing, all monies will be required at time of order.
