Thursday Jan. 27 training

Team paceline warm-up until 6:30pm  /  two small gear form sprints  /  break into groups of 2, work together for 2 laps, re-group and recovery for one lap, switch up partners and go again and again until we run out of time.  We will talk about the things we learn.  Team cool-down.  I hope to see you out there!  Larry
