Starting 18:30 Usual warm up of ever increasing speed paceline until ballistic

2 form sprints

pair up. You partner should be just a little bit faster than you in the sprint.

Leave the S/F line at about 15 second intervals, fastest pairing first.

1 lap at tempo, sharing the wind.

next lap, from turn 4, faster of the two leads in to the corner and commence a sprint, AS FAST AS YOU CAN GO.

the lead out should be challenged, the challenger should struggle to win.

next lap at tempo and then repeat. So one sprint every two laps.

do 5 sprints = equals 10 laps

If you are mismatched, try and find a different partner

Do another 5 sprints = 10 laps

cool down with ever mellowing paceline

go home a sip on a cool one.
