Ride from Niles to Castro Valley, Redwood Road, upto Skyline, back south, past Lake Chabot and home.
Should be a fun ride.
Weather update. The forcast for Saturday is RAIN,RAIN, RAIN.
If it is coming down steadily, i will not be there to lead. If the roads are wet, I’m riding. Please bring appropriate clothing, rain jackets, bootee’s or plastic bags for your feet, peaked cap for under the helm and of course, lets be careful out there, there is some fast descending on wet roads.
Regarding the ride groups, i want people who are racing Sunday to think about what they are trying to achieve with this ride and how important Sundays race may be to them. If it is an ‘A’ race, all you need to do is put in a couple of intervals on Palomares and then call it a day. If your still building for teh season, then sure, go the distance.
A, B and C groups will be defined if there are sufficient numbers.
